With resort's suites ornately designed with a warm, down-home atmosphere much like Utah itself. Approximately 1,992 square feet, this spaciously cozy Four - Bedroom Deluxe Suite features 2 King Beds in two separate bedrooms, 2 Double Bed(s) in the guest bedroom and 2-Double bed(s) on the other bedroom, including a kitchen, dining area and 3 bathrooms. Maximum of 12 occupants. Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Washer/Dryer In Unit, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio and Fireplace. All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority. With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 7 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. Please note by purchasing this unit you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us. Walking: Many resort amenities and Canyons Village are within walking distance. Car: A car is useful for exploring Park City and surrounding areas; parking is available. Public Transport: Free shuttles and local buses provide easy access to downtown Park City and ski resorts. Ride-sharing: Uber and Lyft are available for quick local travel. • Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. • Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed maximum occupancy of room. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay/per day) in addition to the anticipated parking charges for the stay ($10 per vehicle per night) • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted. • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. • Smoking is not permitted • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
